Toshiro and Kisuke

Toshiro is the captain of squad 10 of the 13 Court Guards. Toshiro is the youngest of all the captains in the Soul Society. Toshiro is also the shortest of the captains. Toshiro has white spiky hair. Toshiro believe that there is some foul play among the captains of the 13 Court Guards before Rukia’s execution.  When Toshiro finds out the truth he helps with the rescue of Rukia

 

Hyorinmaru

Hyorinmaru is the name of Toshiro’s Zanpakuto. When Hyorinmaru is in spirit form it is an ice blue dragon with large wings. When In human form Hyorinmaru take the form of a tall man with an ice blue x across his face. Hyorinmaru in English mean ice ring

Kisuke

Kisuke is the owner of a small store in the human world that sell items from the Soul Society to Soul Reapers. Kisuke is known as Mr. Hat-and Clogs.  Kisuke was once the captain on the 12^th squad of the 13 Court Guard. When Ichigo is badly injured and need to be heal from his first fight with Renji, Kisuke is the one that heal Ichigo. He is also the on that helps Ichigo get his Soul Reaper power back so that he can save Rukia. Kisuke trains Ichigo in an underground location under his store to be able to rescue Rukia.

 

Benihime

Benihime is sealed state is a cane that Kisuke use to walk around. In English Benihime mean Crimson Princess. Benihime appears different than most zanpakutos because when it is in release form the handle is still the shape of the cane. There has been no release of any human form for Benihime that I am aware of

Byakuya and Renji

Byakuya,

In the Soul Society there is 13 different squads that are ran by the 13 court guards. Byakuya is the Captain of squad 6.  The task of squad 6 is to handle any disturbance and apprehend and member of the Soul Society that break the laws of the Soul Society. Byakuya come from one of the noble families in the Soul Society. Byakuya’s soul powers are so focused that when he moves during his attack other have a hard time seeing him move. Byakuya is the brother Rukia. When he finds out that Rukia gave her powers to Ichigo he had to go the Human realm to bring her back to the Soul Society.

Byakuya’s Zanpakuto’s name is Senbonzakura. This translate to Thousand Cherry Blossoms. When Byakuya uses his Zanpakuto there is a release of cherry blossom leaves that fly around and cut the enemy

Renji,



Renji is the lieutenant of the squad 6 under Captain Byakuya. Renji started out as the 6^th seat in squad 11 under Captain Kenpachi. Renji is friends with Rukia and they went to school together to become a Soul Reaper. Renji’s upper body is covered in tribal tattoos. Renji normally wears sunglasses until he fought Ichigo when trying to bring Rukia back to the Soul Society.

Renji’s Zanpakuto,

Renji’s Zanpakuto’s name is Zabimaru. The name translate to Snake Tail. When the Zabimaru is in spirit from it has two heads. The first is a large white baboon with purple markings and the second is a snake that is the tail of the baboon. Both think and speak independently from each other but the snake need the baboon to get around. When in human form they are and adult women and a small boy with a long tail. The boy is attached to the women by a chain that can be removed at will.

Ichigo and Rukia

Ichigo

Ichigo is a teenage high school boy that lives with his father and two sister. Ichigo’s mother was killed when he was young by a Hallow. Ever since than Ichigo has been able to see spirits. One night a Hallow came to Karakura where Ichigo lives. The Hallow was chasing the spirit of a little girl that had already pass away and had not crossed over. Ichigo was able to see this girl and tried to help her.  This is when Ichigo met Rukia, a Soul Reaper from the Soul Society sent banish the Hallow. Rukia was distracted by the fact that Ichigo was able to break her Kido spell that she ended up getting hurt by the Hallow.  Since Rukia was unable to fight and the Hallow was now after Ichigo, Rukia had to ask Ichigo for his help. Rukia had to give some of her Soul Reaper power to Ichigo so that he would be able to banish the Hallow. When doing so Ichigo’s soul ended up taken all of her Soul Reaper powers. Ichigo had become a Substitute Soul Reaper. Ichigo had to do the job of a Soul Reaper until Rukia had her powers back

Ichigo’s Zanpakuto

Being a Substitute Soul Reaper Ichigo attained a Zanpakuto. In the begin of the series, Ichigo’s Zanpakuto is a sword that has a wide blade and most would need two hands to wield. After Ichigo as a fight with one of the 13 Court Guard Captains, Ichigo was able to release the full power of his soul to unlock the Hilt less version of his Zanpakuto. As the series goes on his Zanpakuto has many different forms. As stated before every Zanpakuto has a soul name and Ichigo’s is Zangetsu. Zangetsu means Slaying Moon in English.  Zangetsu represents the dark side of Ichigo’s Soul

 

Rukia

Rukia is a Soul Reaper from the Soul Society. She was adopted in to a royal family. Rukia’s brother is Byakuya Kuchiki. She was sent to Karakura to banish a Hallow when she meets Ichigo. When the Hallow that she was sent to banish attacked Ichio’s house Rukia put Ichigo under one of her Kido spells. When Ichigo showed that his spirit power was strong enough to break her spell, she had to protect him from the Hallow. In doing so she injured herself to where she could not fight. Rukia had to run her Zanpakuto through Ichigo to transfer some of her powers so that he could fight the Hallow. Rukia lost most of her powers when doing so that she had to hind in the land of the living. When word got back to the Soul Society about what Rukia had done Rukia was sentence to death. Byakuya was sent to bring his sister back for her punishment.

 

Rukia’s Zanpakuto

Rukia’s Zanpakuto is call Sode No Shirayuki. Sode No Shirayuki mean Sleeved White Snow in English. Rukia’s Zanpakuto has the ability to freeze foes that it come in contact with.

Introduction to Bleach

Bleach is my favorite anime show. The show is based on Japanese books called manga’s. The story is about a high school student named Ichigo. Ichigo has the power to see spirits. One evening Ichigo meet a girl from a group called the Soul Reapers and her name is Rukai. Rukai was sent to get rid of a Hollow. A Hollow is a spirit that is sent to eat souls of the living. The Soul Reaper are the protector of the living from the Hollows. Soul Reapers use weapon called Zanpakutos to defeat the Hollows. The Zanpakuto are weapons generated from the owner’s soul and the shape differs from each owner. Rukai gets injured during a battle that she has to ask Ichigo for help, which is against the rules of the Soul Society. When the Soul Society finds out they send two other Soul Reapers to bring Rukia back. They are Renji and Byakuya. These two Soul Reaper take Rukia back to the Soul Society to be sentence to death. Ichigo has to go and save Rukia but before he can he does some training to improve his skills as a substitute Soul Reaper with a man named Kisuke. Upon reaching the Soul Society Ichigo meets one of the Court Guard Captains named Toshiro. Bleach
